The thirteenth Sodor Colony episode is still in production. Information that is confirmed includes:

• Henry and Duck will be the main characters

• Mario will NOT appear (but Toad might)

• The episode is based off a fan idea 

There is a large possibility of:

• The rest of the main cast will appear

• A new location that's never been mentioned before making it's first appearance (a cave-like place)

First off, I'd like to have a moment for 9/11. We shall remember that dreadful tragedy with our hearts.

Second, filming HAS been done, and video-editing will start soon, hopefully when the possible new voice actors turn in their lines (hint hint).
